Summary: This joint conference will explore the consequences of adopting a world-view in which consciousness is the primary element, rather than a secondary attribute of the most highly evolved creatures. Does such a world-view provide a reasonable basis for a comprehensive understanding of the full range of phenomena we experience? Recent evidence suggests that it does.
