End-Of-Life Experiences and Working with the Dying
A seminar with Dr PETER FENWICK, psychiatrist
An introduction to the phenomena often experienced by the dying, and how this understanding can be of help in working with people in the death process. This includes phenomena such as ’deathbed visions’, ’premonitions’, ’deathbed coincidences’. Themes such as spiritual needs of the dying and preparation for death will also be covered.

<BR>The seminar is for people interested in helping, or working professionally with, the dying in different ways, for example nurses, doctors and psychologists, social workers, those in the hospice movement, those with a religious background such as hospital priests and others, and involved lay people.
<BR>
<BR>An important aim of this seminar is to help people in this field to get together for discussion, networking and informal contact.
