The paper is the full text of a talk presented to the Consciousness Group of the Scientific and Medical Network Regents College, London, Saturday 18th March 95.

The paper is written in non-mathematical terms. The form of the paper and its title may mask the fact that the concepts do have a basis of theoretical science. The word Love is used in a very general sense. A more mathematical version may be uploaded in the future if sufficient interest is shown.

Love > Consciousness > Gravity > Matter

Watching the daytime Australian soap opera Neighbours on Friday 10th March 1995 on English BBC TV, I was amazed to hear the meaning to life, the universe and everything, being revealed. I doubt though that the two teenage actresses involved in that deep conversation knew they were discussing it.

A girl, Debbie, had just been rejected by a man that she'd been fond of and her friend Cody was trying to comfort her. Debbie though was not put off by the fact that her man was gay. Looking deep into the sky she asked Cody, "What is the most powerful force in the universe?". Cody, looking puzzled, thought for a bit and replied, "Gravity". Dismissing her rather naive remark, Debbie said, "...no, its love".

Later in the programme, Debbie's sister was getting temperamental and her emotions supposedly let loose a poltergeist that was making things defy gravity and fly around her room. Maybe the special states of consciousness we associate with love and emotions are not so distantly related to matters guiding force, Gravity. They hadn't known it but in their earlier conversation, Debbie and Cody were talking about the same thing. They were talking about the most powerful force in the universe. It is the force that created the universe, maintains it and is the force that brings meaning to all life. By experiencing and understanding it in all of its manifestations we can all discover the meaning of life. Love. Love is the art and science of giving and receiving the appropriate quantity and quality of attention both to ourselves and to everything in nature. It is the medium through which the universe synthesises and unifies.

Subjectivity and Objectivity

The difference between the two girls was that Debbie was in love and Cody was not. Debbie's view was distorted by her participation in events and was subjective in nature. Cody on the other hand was not so involved and took up a more objective stance. Her stance was less subjective because she had been involved in a few more relationships and had experienced love in a greater variety of forms. Her multiple relationships gave her a more defined perspective on love. Her multiple observations of love had made her see the point of loving more clearly. Care though needs to be exercised here. No person can be completely objective. There exists only a spectrum of subjectivity, there is no absolute objectivity. No component of the universe can completely untangle itself from its history or from its relationship to its environment - as quantum physics has so often demonstrated via experiment. Clearly though, multiple observations are required to make a point.

Subjective perceptions such as how red something appears to one person, in comparison with another individuals perception of red, can be better understood here. Red cannot be defined by any single individual. It takes many observations from the same person, as well as from others to develop awareness of what is red.

Quantity and Quality

Quantum physicists seem to have the same problem in describing a part of the universe mathematically. The descriptions of a systems component processes are called wavefunctions. Physicists need wavefunctions, that describe the components of system, to be collated in to a single unified wavefunction, to get a description of the system as a whole. In practice, an infinite number of component wavefunctions or observations would be required to represent the wavefunction or complete description of the system under investigation. Since some of these observations entangle the system with other systems, a quantum physicist can never provide a complete quantitative mathematical description of any system. All descriptions will be approximate. The dualistic nature of quantum phenomena is a characteristic of perceptions. When you aim to quantify a perception you lose information about its type and qualitative properties. When you try and appreciate the sheer beauty of the universe you lose quantitative awareness of it.

Sense and No-sense

The nature of the binding between the quantitative and qualitative aspects of perceptions is responsible for our moment to moment state of consciousness. Sometimes, hearing a single sound can recall vividly a buried memory. The same can be said to be true for a taste, a smell or an other sensory stimulus. The more we improve the quantitative, objective nature of our experience by monitoring more of our senses, the greater the effect is on our conscious processes.

If we include our sense of intuition, then the qualitative, subjective properties of each of the senses is altered and this can modify our perception of an experience. Intuition unlike the other senses is really a sense of time rather than space. It allows us to detect trends in stimuli and provides us with a moving average of perceptions and their influence, otherwise known as a 'gut feeling'. An advanced development of intuition may give rise to precognition's of future events. Precognitive experiences tend to be more representative of future events if more sensory information, both qualitative and quantitative, subjective and objective can been used to form the basis for a precognition.

Sense Integration

Synaesthesia is a state where individuals can have higher degrees of integration between the senses. Individuals when hearing music often see colours that change in response to it, even with their eyes closed. Those who taste also have visions that arise directly from specific tastes. Would these individuals have higher precognitive abilities? An experiment for someone to try. Precognition may have more subtle influences responsible for its emergence within processes of consciousness. These may be associated with the influence of gravity, which is responsible for the nature of time as well as space, on neuronal processes. The role that gravity plays in processes of consciousness shall be discussed later.

If we integrate all sensory information that is available to us then we can use the unified sensory stimulus to gain a heightened state of awareness which enables us to be completely in touch with our experiences. Paying attention to our senses, integrates them and enables us to interpret the world more realistically and relate with it better. When we pay attention to something with all the effort and abilities of our consciousness, love emerges. Whether it is with our work, our wives, children, pets, nature or an object we are charmed by, paying attention connects us to the essence of what we are involved with. Also, our attention can be focused when our mind enters a state where integration of the senses is set up. An example of this is in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. The hallucinations that combat veterans experience seem to arise when they are in intense emotional states that can be characteristically unpredictable and unstable. The emotional pattern may set up neuronal firings within the brain which mimic those experienced at the battle scene. Whether this is an engrained memory that has been recalled or if it is in fact direct re-experience of a moment in the past (akin to reincarnation behaviour) is questionable. However, later, I hope to show that the latter case is just as likely as the former, the correct conclusion that is drawn being dependent on the specific conscious state of the individual.

Focused attention is an emergent property of the process of integrating sensory information. Because of the relationship between perceptions, awareness and the focused attention involved in experiencing an event, we can say that the act of paying attention can be interpreted as applied consciousness.

Sense Denial

The problem with integration of the senses is that an individual may modify or integrate the sensory information within the mind in a way which is not necessarily universal for all individuals. This difference in integration arises due to individuals having different environmental factors being responsible for the development of models that they use to interpret reality. To have true awareness requires one to abandon all models and experience the universe as it is rather than as we interpret it. The Zen Buddhist Koans (i.e. What is the sound of one hand clapping?) are an example of exercises that can set us free of models. They encourage us to experience a universe that is not distorted by mental interpretation and artificial modelling.

The moments in our lives which give rise to such model free states of mind can be regarded as mystical. These times are noticeable by the lack of ability in individuals being able to describe their experience in familiar language or in terms of established understanding of current models they have of reality. The experience simply does not fit in with their model of reality. It emerges that the best way to describe such experiences is to say what they are not rather than what they are.[1]

The Attractive Mystic

There is something rebellious about mystics that makes them attractive. Perhaps its their lack of regard of models and rules of interpretation. They understand that there are many ways to understand, and fixing yourself on to one method limits your ability to appreciate other equally valid approaches. To see the truth, the mystic must move freely between viewpoints and be able to see the models that support each one. Once the scaffolding of the mind has been removed, it is free to experience reality as it is, unencumbered by interpretation.

Without the resistance, due to prior models of realities, interfering with just be-ing, a consciousness can reach an intense state of awareness. This creates a resonance between conscious processes similar to the coherent behaviour of light in a laser. Compared to other conscious states, this highly coherent process is immensely transformative and its power can be devastating. Individuals with such intense states of mind can change the response of their environment to them. Other individuals become drawn to them. It is the mind that is free of prejudice and completely open to anything that comes its way that is so attractive. By being so open and rule free, a high density of pure love is created. This concentrated source of pure love is what makes Gurus, Saints and others of their kind so attractive.

Unfortunately when you concentrate so much love in one area you inevitably starve another area of it. Wherever there is such pure love there will also be evil. Love and evil though, like Yin and Yang, objectivity and subjectivity, quantity and quality, male and female, dark and light, soft and hard, pain and pleasure are simply constructs, yet more models that we have built to make sense of the universe. In reality there is no particle and wave, there is no wavefunction and its complex conjugate. There is something beyond all of these duality related pairs of universal ingredients. There is something whole that exists beyond the mere labels and models we try to attach to it. It simply expresses itself more in one part of the universe than another. This creates a tension which we perceive as duality. There is no absolute evil as there is no absolute objectivity. As with subjectivity, love exists as a spectrum of states, evil of which is just one extremity.

Complementarity

The apparent complementarity of the universe is pervasive at all scales. A quantum physicist describes matter as the product of an 'imaginary' mathematical function sexually combining with its 'imaginary' mathematical complement. It is seen in the relationship between a positive proton and its negative partner, the electron. The attraction here is legendary. The complementarity is seen between bonded ions, between DNA and RNA in protein synthesis, in the relationships between the nervous system and the endocrine and immune systems (as is seen in Psycho-Neuro-Immunological phenomena and other mind-body relationships). Duality and Complementarity are even seen in the mutual gravitational attraction of astronomical bodies to each other. Duality and complementarity though have a far more deeper role in the universe. They are characteristic of the relationship between consciousness and gravity and between mind and matter.

Consciousness and Gravity

Recent studies by Penrose and Hameroff [2,3] suggest that the force of quantum gravity acting on the mass of neurones within the brain may be responsible for the emergence of consciousness. The process is fundamentally related to the influence of quantum gravity on microtubule networks within the neurones. The components of quantum gravity are described by Penrose as twistors[4]. These are described by a branch of mathematics known as complex algebra and are otherwise known as objects that exist in complex or 'imaginary' space.

Let us take a liberty and take imaginary to mean exactly thatcoming from the mind. A twistor in this scenario can be compared to a thought. The interaction of a pair of twistors leads to a change in space and time. In a complementary fashion, changes in space and time are reflected as twistor interactions in imaginary twistor space. Translated into twistor-is-a-thought language, this means that the interaction of thoughts leads to changes in the geometry of space and time. Changes in the geometry of space-time are simply changes in gravitational field potential. What this implies is that if we interpret the imaginary, component wavefunctions of quantum gravity as thoughts then Consciousness and Gravity are complementary to each other. It is possible to say that consciousness is an emergent property of complex interactions of matter but it is also possible that matter is an emergent property of the complex interaction of conscious processes, i.e.. thoughts and perceptions. An individuals awareness is simply their local geometry of twistor space. Reality is simply the summation of all thoughts and perceptions that pervade the fabric of space-time.

The complementary relationship between consciousness and quantum gravity is in itself related to the complementary relationship between gravity acting at macroscopic scales and matter. A high density of matter is always associated with a high, localised gravitational field potential and vice versa. Could we use this double relationship to imply that there is also a complementary relationship between consciousness and matter?

How is a thought turned into a particular pattern of neuropeptides within the brain? How does consciousness manifest itself in material form? How is it that stress and associated emotions can affect the functioning of our bodies physiological systems?

With what we have just discovered, we can say it is Consciousness altering gravitational field potential that gives rise to the emergence of a physical transformation of reality. The reverse view can also be considered. Changes in gravitational field potential can initiate changes in conscious processing which in turn leads to changes in neuronal biochemistry and general body wide physiology. It should be noted that the influence of consciousness on the body does not have to be via the brain since all body cells have microtubule networks that can be considered to be sensitive to gravitational changes at quantum scales.

Biochemistry without molecules, Telepathy and Love

The last paragraph highlights another scenario. If the emotions or thoughts a person has are intense enough, then via a gravitational influence, another individuals thought processes can be affected as well as their biochemistry. This may well help us understand why individuals involved in telepathy experiments cannot shield themselves from thought processes of others. Gravity is simply all pervasive and if Consciousness is woven into it, then it will be near impossible to shield an individual from its influence.

It is worth noting that we are describing a situation where molecules are not needed to cause changes in biochemistry or psychology. All that is needed is a conscious influence that is quantitatively and qualitatively matched to the individual being influenced. In this respect, telepathy seems to be most successful between individuals who are either in love with each other or are genetically linked.

The effects of Debbie's sister, Hannah, in Neighbours are perhaps not so mystifying now. Her emotional state simply deforms the topology of her twistor space (mind) and this leads to twistor interactions (gravity waves) which cause complementary changes in the gravitational field potential of space-time. This in turn changes the dynamics of material bodies in the vicinity of Hannah. If there is a poltergeist, it is using Hannah's emotions to make things defy gravity.

It is no coincidence that the majority of ghosts are images of people who had been involved in intense emotional circumstances. Because Gravity acts over time as well as space, emotions themselves can manifest as subtle forms of matter at another point in history. We may even say that emotions and thoughts are finer forms of matter that arise from our space as a result of a more subtle condensation of gravitational field potential. This subtle gradation of the gravitational field condensation process may be related to layers of the electromagnetic field that pervade the body, known collectively as the Aura.

Gravitational Field Potential

If a fluctuating gravitational field potential pervades living systems then it can be said that an interference pattern of a set of interacting gravitational waves of different frequencies is responsible for the structure and processes of that system. Bands of high frequency waves will be carrying lots of energy in a small region of space-time. These energy rich regions correspond to the dense material part of living systems, their physical bodies. Lower frequency gravitational waves pass more easily around matter and tend to have a longer range ( like radio waves compared to visible light waves). They will therefore have a longer range of influence and a better chance of maintaining their frequency since there is less likely to be a shift due to energy losses with obstacles in space-time.

Since we are dealing with gravitational waves, there will be a maintenance of form not just over a region of space but also time. The lower frequency waveforms correspond to the emotional and mental structures of a living system. So living systems consist essentially of high frequency (physical), localised, gravitational wave patterns riding on lower frequency, extended (mental and emotional), gravitational waves. In English this means there is a physical body, which exists in a specific region of space and time, riding on more subtle bodies that exist beyond the physical bodies space and time confines.

A criticism that may be levelled against the above argument is that gravitational waves can only emerge from an accelerating body. This includes a body which consists of components that are accelerating within it. If we take our idea that the interaction of thoughts gives rise to an alteration in gravitational field, then two energy patterns corresponding to thoughts, that are rotating with respect to each other, or altering their interaction by moving with respect to each other in a region of space-time will generate a ripple in the local gravitational field potential. So when a pair of complementary thoughts interact in the above way, a gravitational wave can be generated. The rate with which the two thoughts revolve around, or move with respect to each other, and the intensities of the respective thoughts, will decide the frequency and amplitude of the emerging gravitational wave. The frequency decides whether a physical, mental or emotional process is initiated. The intensity of the wave corresponds to how intense the respective process is in terms of rate of transformation and the range of space affected. A combined system of different pairs of complementary thoughts, gives rise to the total constitution of an organism.

The waves riding on waves exist in cyclical variation and can be said to be patterns that repeat themselves at different scales of space and different points in time. Such patterns are known as fractals. Could basic fractal patterns imprinted on a gravitational field by a conscious influence be archetypes for the structures and processes of nature?

Telepathic Archetypes

Typically if you wish to detect something you need an instrument made of the same material as the object being measured. Material instruments measure material properties of a system. Material instruments though cannot measure emotional properties if emotions are considered to be not material. Only a system with emotion is capable of detecting, measuring or changing the emotional properties of a system i.e. only a person can detect, measure or change all the characteristics of anything human including those of themselves.

In television/radio communications, if you wish to send an electromagnetic signal out across space so that it can be received by someone at a remote site, you must first translate the signal into a form which is suitable for sending. The message is encoded/modulated by putting it on the back of a carrier radio wave. The carrier wave with its loaded message is then sent out via a transmitter device. Before the modulated signal reaches a receiver it usually is distorted by noise from the medium it is sent through. At the receiver the signal is decoded/demodulated and the message removed from the carrier wave and converted into sound, images or other sensory stimuli.

Typically the actual message is broken down into a collection of simple sinusoidal electromagnetic frequencies. These, when added together will combine to make the original signal. Typically some of the high fidelity of the message is lost before it reaches the receiver since some frequencies may not arrive without distortion. Even though some detail is lost, the low frequency components of the waveform which define its overall archetypal shape usually get through with little distortion. If some gentle classical music had been transmitted then the receiver will recognise the broadcast as that of a gentle classical music score with some noise distorting some sound frequencies of some of the instruments. He certainly would not end up receiving a heavy metal music concert! The archetypal signal is always recognised.

This is similar to a humans archetype of a perceived object and the actual physical representation of it. Parts of the representation are like the archetype. If there are not enough similar parts, then the archetype will not be recognised. If an archetype is presented to an individual, he may interpret it differently to another individual (like different radio receivers providing different quality reception). An object may be perceived as an apple with two large leaves on its attached stem to one individual. However it may look like an elephant with two large ears to another individual. Both peoples viewpoints are representations of an archetype. A consciousness archetype is a gravitational wave. Projections of the archetype which we detect through our senses are representations of that archetype and are sums of higher frequency harmonics of it that are richer in information about the perceived object.

Reducing a high frequency, perceptual, gravitation wave to its lower frequency, mental and then emotional archetype, results in loss of detail but maintenance of general form. The fundamental low frequency -high amplitude waveform (emotional archetypal pattern) defines the overall perception the person has of their experiences.

If thoughts can generate gravitational wave patterns that are archetypes of a basic pattern then another individual can receive the archetypal, gravitational wave pattern but may not sample it at the same rate it was created (They may not be paying attention to the senders region of space and time as much as the sender is). In this instance a representation of the archetype will enter the individuals thought stream.

If one individual thinks of a face then the thought will be communicated via an archetypal face imprinted on a low frequency, gravitational wave carrier. Due to incomplete sampling (lack of focused attention) the receiving individual may become aware of this signal and interpret it as a face but not produce a description of it as accurate as the transmitters observation.

This means that telepathic communication occurs by transfer of archetypes of thought patterns. A receiver will get the same archetype that a sender transmitted but may interpret it as a different representation of the archetype compared to the transmitters original thought. If we think in archetypes then it should not be surprising that in telepathy we communicate with them. We perceive by synthesising physical perceptions first into mental archetypes, then mental archetypes into emotional archetypes and lastly emotional archetypes into an archetype of love.

Archetypal features are easier to communicate than detailed projections of them. Since physical perceptions correspond to the higher frequency gravitational waves, we appear not to be able to perceive what another person is perceiving unless we are in the same local environment as them. At a remote sight though we would only be able to detect the longer wavelength, lower frequency gravitational waves corresponding to mental archetype patterns of physical perceptions or more likely, the emotional archetypes that are the synthesis of the mental patterns. This would result in a 'feeling' about the transmitting individual.

Mental patterns then are the archetypal structures/processes of physical sense perception patterns. Emotional patterns are the archetypal structures/processes of mental interpretations of patterns of information received through the physical five senses of perception. The archetype of emotional patterns is love. If one were to be sure to communicate some conscious state to an individual at a remote site, the signal is most likely to be sensed if it is transmitted through a highly emotion-conducting, linking medium - that is love.

If a man is viewing an apple and his wife, at a remote site, is to sense her husbands perception of that apple, then she must do so by focusing on the love they share. This paying of attention to the linking medium is equivalent to a better filtering of noise (a better mind to mind connection) and a wider range of frequency bands that can detected. A reception quality above this can be achieved if the husband is also focusing on the sharing of love between him and his wife (He is locked on receptively to the same transmitting frequency band as his wife). The more the wife experiences the love she and her husband share, the more emotional detail she gets projected from that love (The more the fundamental, form -generating, emotional frequencies she is tuned into that are the same as those sent from her husband). With a higher state of attention she can project mental patterns from the emotional archetypes. With complete attention she can project the physical perceptions out of the mental patterns and duplicate what her husband is perceiving through her own senses. At this point she is experiencing what he is experiencing.

ABSOLUTE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE CAN ONLY OCCUR WHEN THOSE INDIVIDUALS ARE CONNECTED BY PURE LOVE. PURE LOVE CAN ONLY BE EXPERIENCED BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE ONLY WHEN THEY ARE IN COMPLETE COMMUNICATION.

The Power of Emotion

If intense states of emotion exist between people and this can link their existence's together in a telepathic way then what other influence can the development of such states of evoke?

For the sake of this paper let us assume that changes in the gravitational field that pervades a living system are picked up by alteration of water behaviour, in this example within microtubules of nucleated biological cells. This is not too dangerous an assumption to make since the one thing on our planet that is most obviously sensitive to gravitational influence is the body of water in the worlds oceans and seas. The alteration in tidal patterns due to the gravitational influence of the moon is difficult to miss. Of course the lunar cycle itself has been linked to many circadian rhythms especially that of menstruation. Water acts like the stylus on a record player, picking up imprints of vibrations left on the recording medium of space-time.

In nucleated biological cells, tubes of protein - microtubules, contain water that is sensitive to such changes in the activity of space-time. The water senses the gravitational wave frequencies that ride the quantum seas of space-time. This leads to changes in electron currents along the microtubule which as a result releases electromagnetic waves into the cells environment. These could stimulate protein synthesis via DNA [5,6].

This leads to the idea that gravitational field potential topography determines the biochemical functioning of living systems with water acting as the transducing medium.

If consciousness and its projected emotions can alter gravitational field potential then this implies that emotions and thoughts via the gravity>water>microtubule>electromagnetism>DNA-protien synthesis pathway can alter the cellular biochemistry of living systems. This would certainly explain how induced stress can manifest as physical disease in living systems.

In 1966 Clive Backster [7] found that plants responded to the change in behaviour of other living systems. A plant was wired up to a device that measured electrical resistance across its leaves. When live shrimp were dropped into a pot of boiling water next to the plant, the polygraph reading jumped violently. There was no such jump when already dead shrimp were dropped in the water. When Backster decided to see what would happen if one of its leaves were burnt, the polygraph reading jumped again, when he thought of doing it. It appeared that just having an intention to harm was enough to affect the plant. Backster then treated his plants with the utmost care and for experimental reasons he used a colleague to 'play the heavy'. Whenever his colleague just entered the room in which the plant was, the polygraph reading always jumped. On the other hand, with Backster, the plant always 'relaxed'. What was going on?

With the model I have presented this phenomena can be easily understood. The alteration in thought pattern of the experimenter alters the local gravitational field. This fluctuation in the field is picked up by the microtubules in the plant and subsequently leads to the emission of electromagnetic waves which alters the cell, and thus leaf's electrical resistance. Any changes in the microtubule behaviour of living systems, the live shrimps and Backsters colleague, in this case, will lead to the emission of 'shock waves' of gravity into the local gravitational field. This will in turn affect the biochemistry of any organism sensitive to such changes in the topology of space-time.

The above effects can be seen also in the relationships between owners and their pets. A dog or a cat will sit by a door or window of the house they are in as if they know when their owner is about to return. This could be attributed to a Pavlovian habitual response instilled as a result of the owner returning as a matter of routine. However, even when owners change their schedule they seem to find their devoted pet waiting for them when they get home. The non-local effects that occur when the pet becomes aware of the owners return when their owner is many miles away suggests that the pets awareness may be due to the change in space-time brought on by the owners intention to come home. If there is a deep emotional bond between owner and pet then the pets awareness of its owners intention to return home is heightened.

The Sensing of Chi

Having recently attended a seminar on Chi Kung I became aware of yet more evidence for my theory connecting consciousness with matter via gravity. The instructor informed us that we should hold our hands apart and be attentive to the space between. After a few minutes everyone (about 25 people) began to feel a pressure between their hands as if they were holding an invisible balloon. The more attentive we were the less it fluctuated and the more aware we became of it. Moving our hands we could trace 'contours of resistance ' in the air. One could say that it was all in the imagination. I would reply by saying that in the imagination is exactly where it was coming from. It was our attentive mind state that was responsible for the alteration in our perception of the space. Was it just our perception that had changed or did the properties of the space actually change?

Different people had different sensations, but everyone felt something. How much they were feeling was dependent on how open a mind they had and how attentive they were to the space between their hands. What did seem apparent was that the attention or the applied consciousness targeted on the space raised the sensation of the force or 'subtle matter' being felt. I question though whether it was just a passive detecting or in fact it was an interactive creation of force.

Chi Kung has a supposedly powerful influence on mind and matter. It is said to improve longevity and with practice can lead to dramatic improvements in health. Advanced practitioners have even been known to be precognitive enough to know the day and manner of their death.

Past Memory, Future Memory

If gravitational waves have an extension over time as well as space then an event in one region of space at a certain point in history can affect other regions at other points in time.

If we experience something through one of our senses, this initiates changes in consciousness which result in a gravitational wave broadcast being sent out into space as well as into the past and the future. If one of those sensory stimuli were sensed in another region of space or time then if our attention was focused appropriately, we could tune into them via the gravitational waves they generate.

If I hear a piece of music and it reminds me of Greece because that is where I first heard it, then the pattern of audio frequencies is causing a resonant vibration of the sound sensitive microtubules which are linked up with space-time at quantum levels. This leads to an emission of gravitational waves into space-time. If a similar wave pattern was emitted from another region of space-time, with focused attention, one could tune into it. This would lead to a perceptual connection to another region of space-time - i.e. to recall of a memory of a particular place at a particular time. The more senses we incorporate in making ourselves aware of reality and the greater their integration, the wider and more refined becomes our perception of space and time.

The image leading to the recall of a memory may not be formed from waves that have emanated from a moment in the past relative to the present. They may have been generated some time in the future, from a particular place in space. This could give an individual precognitive visions of the future. Alternatively if the wave was generated at the same time as the present but in a different place in space, this could lead to perception of events that cannot be detected by the five senses. Perhaps this can help in explaining the basis for clairvoyant, clairaudient or reincarnation experiences. This is again most likely to occur when the gravitational wave pattern tuned into, is accessed via an emotionally matched state.

A problem is that images in the mind of a person may be difficult to locate in space and time and one may find it confusing if one cannot decide whether a mental image refers to something that has happened or is something that has yet to happen. Furthermore someone may see something that is going on in a region of space remote from themselves. In such states it is possible to have an experience of the universe which is free of the confines of space and time, a spaceless, timeless sensation. All established, previously observed reality would dramatically alter and our models of that reality would become invalid. In order to exist in this realm we would have to free our minds of all constructs or models that helped us make sense of reality prior to the uncoupling of space and time from our perceptions.

This uncoupling of models of reality that are the scaffolding of our mind, frees consciousness to perceive the truth. These occasions are when we have mystical experiences. There has been a shift in our modelling of reality. Such a shift is typically responsible for that 'AHA!' moment during inspirational states of mind and also that moment when you 'get' a joke. Usually such moments are unpredictable but become more easily accessed by maintaining a model free state of mind.

When inspiration is a rare phenomenon in ones life, it is usually due to unpredictable but appropriate moments of mystical experience where the mind is open enough to be briefly free of interpreting reality and is just BE-ing reality itself. In this state, all knowledge, experience and understanding of the universe becomes available to the mind. What remains when models of reality attach themselves back is dependent on what thoughts had been most focused on up till that moment, thoughts that may have been put in place long before the moment arose.

Consciousness can expand or reduce our perception of our experiences. It creates the material world via gravity. Consciousness exists in a proportional, complementary relationship with matter and gravity. Matter and gravity exist in a proportional, complementary relationship. The one thing which binds these three ingredients of the universal equation together is love. All three emerge directly from its manifestation in the universe. This love contains all models of reality yet is not their sum and is independent in its existence of them.

From this perspective of the universe and others, it is becoming clear that the physical evolution of humans is being overshadowed by the importance of the development of the bond between consciousness and our bodies as well as to nature. There is a revolution occurring in the way we interact with our environments, both internal and external. Consciousness has become developed enough in humanity such that what and how we think and feel is what we will become. It is what nature will become. We must therefore exercise care about how we think and feel. We may just see it manifest. Whatever we do, our inspirations must provide us with a way of growth, even if it involves suffering along the way. The way we choose to love will determine what role we play in the future of not just this planet but the universe it is bonded to.

TO BE INSPIRED CONTINUOUSLY AND LIVE AN ENLIGHTENED LIFE WHOSE MEANING AND PURPOSE WE KNOW AND LOVE, WE HAVE SIMPLY TO LEARN NOT TO ATTACH TO ANY MODELS OF REALITY. WE MUST REMAIN OPEN TO AND RESPECT ALL PERSPECTIVES OF CONSCIOUSNESS. WE MUST LEARN TO LOVE. BY EXPERIENCING PURE LOVE AND UNDERSTANDING IT, WE CAN HAVE THE ULTIMATE MYSTICAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOW THE MIND OF GOD.
